Recently went out with friends and brought a disposable film camera with me. TONS of Fun! But the image quality left me wanting more (I think ignorance would be bliss on this situation but now that i play with cameras frequently I'm always looking for the best I can get). Waiting for film to be developed and than opening that little envelope to see what ou got is thrilling (especiall when you had a few drinks with the camera and can't remember exactl what pictures ou took!)
So I found my dad's old ME Super with af200s flash unit! I'm bringing this out next time! I also picked up a roll of ISO (or asa on film I'm not sure the difference) 1600 black and white film. I thought the speed could be helpful as its nightime shooting and I was down for some film grain (gonna go film might as well get a film look right).
Anyways turns out the af200s only has a setting for up to 800 on the back. My question... Can I set the camera ISO and the flash ISO down to 800 and than exposure comp the camera down 1 exposure (on the old camera 1/2x for half the light) with the 1600 film and get completely normal results?
Thanks in Advance
