As the title says, can you list all the great sites that talk about Flash & Or Lighting, that you have come across over the years.

Depends a lot on what level you are working on and what you want to do.

Lighting 101 at strobist.com is very good for beginners. There are also a lot of valuable links, both in the archives. Worth checking in once or twice a week just for the links to other photo sites. He rarely goes longer than a couple of weeks without a link to a good how-to or behind-the-scenes.

For more advanced photographers:

Zack Arias white background tutorial (linked in an earlier post) is great for those doing studio work.

Dave Black workshops has some very good sports ideas, for both arena and outdoors:

For incredible setups with Nikon speedlights, google Joe McNally

Profoto has several Gregory Heisler videos on their site detailing his lighting on magazine assignments

And so on.

There is (from my experience) a lack of non-studio, non-need-assistant, non-flash-on-a-stand, type sites. While I'd love to have Dave Black's job, I just cannot justify this sort of equipment list : Nikon D3s, ISO2000, 1/4000 at f20, Nikon 14mm-24mm lens, WB 5880K, 8 SB-900 Speedlights, 2 FourSquare Blocks connected via the Hand Grip to form an EightSquare, Radio Popper PX system, MBD Fiber Optic Bundles, Nikon SU-800 Commander, Gitzo Monopod.

The situations that I find myself in are not the type that I can 'setup'. My off-camera flash is connected via a sync cord and is being held in my left hand.

If someone knows of these sorts of links, do please post them.

Already mentioned above, Planet Neil (www.planetneil.com or http://www.neilvn.com ) is the site you're looking for. Hidden in the right side of the site, he offers a full book on using on-camera-flash as an online tutorial, divided in small chapters. You can also get the same text as a book. I adapted his technique for my bridge camera, paired with a flash that was probably made in the 80s. He also blogs ( http://www.neilvn.com/tangents ).

Planet Neil which has been mentioned is #1 for me.

After reading Neil's stuff this made good sense to me. I spent a lot of time and money looking for the latest and greatest on camera diffuser.
