OK people, so as not to waste your precious weekend shooting opportunities I've decided on a topic. All the official stuff will come later on. Start time is 12:01 a.m. GMT July 13th whenever that was!

Topic: FUN

Your assignment should you choose to accept it is to pursue a good time and document it with your camera. Really go after the MOOD in your scene. The viewer should connect to it and immediately feel the glee and joy of the subjects.

I'm not after leisure or sports, although those things can be captured if the subjects are having FUN doing it. For example - someone asleep on a beach - nope. Someone burrying their dad in the sand on the beach - yep! An intense moment in a championship game - nope. Neighbors out playing a friendly game of tag football in the streets - yep. You get the idea. The subjects don't have to be human, animals or humans and animals are fine. Dogs wrestling or catching a frizbee - that's fine.

Suggested shooting ops: Carnivals, arcades, parades, fairs, festivals, amusement parks, parties, night clubs, parks, pools, beaches, camping, backyards . . . etc.

Sorry the galleries aren't set up yet. I'll try to do that this evening after we get back from setting up at the fair! So if you have some great exhibition shots just hold on to them for a little while. 5 per category! And I would like to personally invite several of you old timer stfers that have been absent or lazy in the last several challenges! I will expect to see your work in #21!

Now go and have some FUN!!! Cindy
