HX5V left/smile button

I've received my HX5V gold a few days ago. I'm very satisfied with the outdoor IQ. I haven't tested indoor yet.

The only thing that bothers me is the left/smile button. It doesn't react as good as the up, down and right button. I wonder if this just my device or does all HX5's suffer this?

My 'smile' button clicks with the same intensity/force as up,down and right does .. is this what you mean ? Does yours not have as much of a 'click' to it as the others ?

Yes, it doesn't click as easy as the other buttons. Sometimes, when I want to press it, the middle button is pressed instead. It's really hard too press it with my thumb.

It feels like the button has move a few mm inside the housing. A press on it doesn't feel like a clear click, like the other buttons.

just press it for 50 times or so, if it does not improve, exchange the camera
