DSLR and Gorgeous Models... EXPLAINED...

with the jeans now it looks quite ok..I must admit I would never be able to paint like that, even if I went through years of training, you're really talented at it. But why don't you try to get better hair and skin tones..:)

Also I would suggest not to try nudity unless you really know how to do it and unless you have some experience with real life model shooting. You see that was looking more like cheap pornography to me..(though I do like girls and am not gay :P)

No it wasn't. At least not by me. Which "Sexy" challenge? I cheked the only two
"Sexy" challenges here in DPR and I did not see any similar.

If you have seen it anywhere please provided me a link. I have been searching for the original photo but I have not seen it anywhere. I hope it exists.

Thanks again Ray. I manage to generate some materials for a nice graphic tutorial. Hopefully I will be able to post it within the next couple of days.

Hi Roy,

That is an excellent tut in its own right...gives us all the basics and hopefully an opportunity to try.

Must say again though....really excellent work!!!

Best wishes

That's a matter of preference really, I still much like the first.
But why don't you try to get better hair and skin tones..:)
Both are draft versions and I purposedly wanted to show lots of flaws. My objective was to find out the concensus of what stage is "good enough". In my book both is at stage 7 of range 1-10 with 10 being "satisfactory done". So I'm quite happy.

Again that's a matter of preference. I think I have shot, processed, painted and drawn enough to constitute as good enough experience. I hope you are kidding about the pornography part because if you aren't then our understanding of that matter is far in between. I mean really, come on now.... =D

That's what I love about art & photography as I am in God Mode when I'm at work. I do it my way and my way is the only way and what matter is what pleases me in the end. If it pleases and makes other happy then it's just extra gravy.

The quality of this work makes me ask : Are you a pro ? Do you make a living from that kind of work ?

Is there an original photo? I am puzzled by this last statement. If you created these images from scratch - then what a great job. If you started with a photo, well - it's still a nice effect, just a little less on the art/creative side...

Well I'll put it this way, I love every aspect of graphic arts especially digital arts and photography. I also like to do animation and use programs like Flash as well as 3D modeling. I own a Technology Solutions business that by nature, partially deals with and incorporate all of the above.

So to answer you question, art contributes but no I'ts not my bread and butter.

Every artist needs a model for inspiration. =)

Created from scratch means that every pixel you see was created manually so this is not a post processed photo image.

To the model in question, "she" is a vector mapped rendition I found in the AI community which I pressume also modeled from a photo. Only some parts of her remains "accurate" (painting of AI original) and the rest are my altered creation. I don't know how much the AI version differs from the photo original (if it exists) and that's what I want to find out.
