Great photography Ramiro. Photography is only a hobby for me, so take my comments only for what it is worth for.

I really like how you executed and managed to show the detail of the white pillar against a white background on 1.

I would do some PP on 3 & 7 to work on those skin blemishes

No 4 looks too posed, for me, for the casual getup of the model.

People like you inspire me to become a portrait photographer when I retire from my current profession.

Thank you very much!

I have recently retired from my profession (computer systems engineering) and I´m planning to stablish a photography studio. I hope things will be ok (as we say in spanish "que gotee aunque no chorree", that is "does not matter if some drops but don´t rain" - what a lousy translation!)

Mauricio is a frind's son, a college stundent, a great kid.

Thank you for your suggestions. I´ll see with more detail the blemishes I corrected in some pictures and other do not, a tipical begginer error.

They are looking good, but there are some things I would like to point out:
  1. There is a very hard highlight on his forehead in some shots.
  2. The shots where he is using dark clothes against the dark background show the face, but there is no background separation or detail on the rest of the body.
  3. Sometimes the lighting looks a little flat on the face with some highlights.

  1. 6 is very good and, to be honest, the only lighting pattern that is flattering for this gentleman.
I am sure that the others from the series in #6 are printable.
