change the ram to my mac

Can you give a link to learn how change the ram in my mac??Actually I have 2 megabytes and I´d like to update to 4. Is it possible to do it myself?

Different macs require different steps, there is no one link or one set of instructions.

If memory serves me, the booklet you got with your mac should have instuctions on how to do this as does searching the apple site.

The one exception to this is the Mac Mini as the ram for that is not considered user replaceable.

there are any number of 'upgrade' or 'fixit' guides on the net for every Mac model. Usually it's pretty simple.

Here's a link. Videos showing how to change ram, hard drives, etc., on any Mac. It's even possible to change it on a mac mini which actually doesn't look very difficult.
