The audio was shot on the 5D MkII using the Rode VideoMic. I did also record onto an Edirol with an eternal mic thinking I'd be using this, but the sound using the Rode VideoMic, even with the auto gain was so good (apart from quite scenes where the gain shoots up - easily edited in post) that I didn't used any of the Edirol audio at all.
