Yes, and I was trying to get into a store but it was closed due to the contruction.
Traffic has been wrost around that area as well.

Are you applying some sort of color cast to the color images?

They seem very blue to me.

Nevertheless the picture is outstanding. Excellent composition and vivid colours.

It is a good demonstration of how an ordinary scene can be transformed into an artistic picture by a good eye!
