FZ8 Turkish delights, Part 6 - the Roman theatre at Aspendos

Thank you for the annotated tour, the words are just as important as
the pictures.
Thanks Al, as I said before, I used to get a Rupert book for Christmas (pics with short text, but I am not going to do rhyming!).
The first photo shoot I did with my FZ20 was in Spain. We went to a
place near the Portuguese border called Merida, which has a theatre
and an amphitheatre. Here is the link to the pictures, not as good as
yours (not annotated). http://aeroal.smugmug.com/gallery/432293_LFK2V
Thanks, I've had a look. I particularly like the last but two and the last one.
I agree with you about the LCD, however what can one do? I have a
friend who wanted help choosing a digital camera, he is still using a
manual typewriter. I pleaded with him to get a Canon A520, which has
a viewfinder. No he wanted one with a screen, like everybody else
uses. So I got him what he wanted.
People who have not grown up with viewfinders like the idea of the LCD, they think it's like movies or TV. It's only when they get out there in bright sunshine that they find the problems. But as you say, what can you do?
