Need some expert advice, spots on my pictures

If you're planning to buy a new camera anyway, you might as well try
cleaning the sensor yourself by disassembling the camera and then put
it back together. If you do a good job, you don't need to get a new
camera and you can save your money for something else. Otherwise, if
worst come worst, you can get the new camera.

It is pretty simple. You do not need to disassemble the lens.

So after looking closely at all my pictures, I only notice the condensation trail / spots when I use the zoom...any ideas why that would be?
