The lens on my SD900 is stuck out. I took it apart trying to find anything that was broken but man is that stuff crammed in there! Anyway, never got anything, but i can manually turn the lens and get it to go back in. When it turns on, lens comes out and then it displays a picture that's very blurry on LCD, then goes back to "lens error, restart camera".
I use this for scuba diving with canon underwater case as well as a carry around camera. I have had it repaired once already after falling off a bike in Tuscany while holding it (don't ask ha). That was $127 last time. SD1100 is $150 or so (cheap!), but then I have to buy a new underwater case too.
Recommendations on what to do here?
