This is what they require for 1920x1080 editing:

Intel® Core™2 Duo 2.4 GHz or higher required for AVCHD editing (2.66 GHz Quad Core for AVCHD 1920

This is for Studio Ultimate.

overall, but do keep in mind the guy from the company saying stuff like blu-ray is actually 1440x1080 and other such stuff actually doesn't know what he is talking about....
