90 to 32??? Jody, with your parenting skills I'm surprised that you can't make the weather behave better than that :)

What a great picture! The subject matter is wonderful, of course: snow on spring flowers. In addtion, the composition is really excellent. I love it!

Best wishes,

adrienne

Hi Jody,

It got cold here in NYC as well but not freezing. I hope you did not have to keep the kids inside and entertain them.

Thanks hugh,

I'll have you know that I had to rise practically at the crack of dawn to shoot this before it all melted. I believe it was around 8:45 or something like that ;-)
It did melt pretty quickly though as it always does this time of year.

Hello Jody,

Amazing picture. Snow on the springtime flowers. Good capture.

Thanks adrienne,

The weather tends to be pretty crazy at this time of year but seems particularly odd this year. It was pretty hard to watch that snow coming down after the summer like weather last week..

Thanks Ruvy,

It really is a transition time but it can't seem to decide if it's winter, spring or summer here this year. What a crazy year it's been.

Hey Stan,

Well it started snowing late at night. We only got about an inch and it melted fast.. Nah, the kids went off to school but it's supposed to stay chilly. I'd love to have 90 back.

Thanks,
Jody

Beautiful - bright blue sky, bright yellow leaves ... where the heck did the snow come from! Yes, we also had 90 degrees last week, now I have to start the pellet stove the past couple of nights - but at least we didn't have any of that white stuff.

Hi Jody,

I love your pic. Where are you? We got snow but no ice. I was too depressed after being able to ride my Harley for 3 days then getting 5 inches of snow to go out and get in any last shots. Guess it's not time to put the long johns away yet.

Hi Bill,

We were supposed to get rain but it expanded down from up north and there it was. It was only about an inch and it melted pretty quickly but yeah it's cold here as well.

Thanks,
Jody

Hi Amanda,

It really is pretty hard to take after all that summer like weather. I'm in Massachusetts. It's always crazy here..

Thanks,

Jody

Hi Ed,

Yeah, it's that ridiculous N.E. weather thing.. I'll take the 90 degrees over snow any day though. I'm quite tired of being cold..

My very best,
Jody :)
Nice visual non sequitur, Jody...

And nicely composed, of course.

You had 90 degree temperatures? Yuck.
And now you had snow? Cool...

My best of all possible regards,

Ed
