I hope this is some setting I goofed up, but, the only time I see more than one focus sensor in the viewfinder while focussing is in single servo mode with auto area. In this mode I see what I expect to see, meaning some of the 51 sensors are in focus. When I leave it in auto area, and switch to continuous servo I don't see any sensors react. I never see more than the selected sensor light up in dynamic area mode. I have not done a hard reset yet, but I'm about to. Any ideas? This is not a precursor to the DeOxit scenario, is it?

Read the manual and did some testing. AF seems to be working in all modes, and the manual is pretty clear that the focus point do not light up in continuous servo mode. Duh.

In single servo mode you will see all the focus points light up if you select 51 point mode. If using Continuous servo mode you should only see on senor light up - that is the one right in the middle - this will be less distracting when you track people or objects.
