autumn is stripping me, but still, not all will be naked.

About to shed:

New buds appearing:

Almost completely naked.

Palegonium will survive.

Yes, that header caught me out. I used to have a plum tree that shed leaves, but Sandra replaced everything in the garden with plants and trees that she wants - and they all stay green all year round - unless the snails get them.

Nice pictures - they remind of where I was born, in Switzerland. I have no desire to get back there. Too many Swiss in it.

Hi George,

I thought the headline might grab the attention of a few, after all we all want as many to look and comment as possible ,otherwise what's the purpose of the blog.

Don't forget to get the information about the similarity in the campaign medals, I like David am interested in what you find out.
Cheers,
John.

Terrific John...we just got out of the cold thank goodness :)

Henry, Sorry to remind you of Switzerand as your comments indicate you don't want to be.

Other than the beautiful colours and photo opportunities offered up by Autumn, I agree it is a "pain in the butt" having to clean up all the leaves.
Thanks for looking Henry,
Cheers,
John.

Thanks David,

sure is beautiful, but as I said to Henry a "pain in the but" with the extra work it creates, but then i guess this is the trade off.

Cheers,
John.

Thanks Nam,

I live in Melbourne, Australia and my home state of Victoria has been experiencing drought conditions for about 6 years now ,so our traditionally wet winters seem to be a thing of the past and conditions from a climatic viewpoint have certainly been moderate, but we certainly do need a deluge of rain over our storage areas.
Cheers,

John.

Hi George,

No problem, I have forwarded an email to you with some interesting information I think you will enjoy, also a couple of other emails have been forwarded, to do specifically with your other passion of flying.

Cheers and Best wishes,

John.

Hi Ananda, the colurs of Autumn are spectacular. The first two photos were taken from a row of trees along my neighbour's back fence. Whilst the leaves are beautiful the work they create after falling is a "pain"
Thanks for looking.
Cheers,

John.
