Hi folks !

2 weeks have passed, and we're already back (and safe) from our Botswana trip in the Okavango delta.

Wow ! That was really worth it !

I'll be doing more detailed reports (as i've promised to Brian Mosley), but for now, a good 30 pics for your eyes...

Hope you'll enjoy them, they'll be in the next 2 posts...give me a few minutes to post the links !

Regards,

Marc

simply - wow!

Marc, can you drop me line sometime about how you got on lens wise after our various discussions a few months back - looking at the images I don't think I led you astray! (but I don't have an exif viewer to see what you used for what here)

some stunning images there - awesome even........

Exif should be intact.

Most close ups and wildlife with e3 & Bigma, others with 12-60 or 7-14, maybe an occasional 50-200, with e510 or e500.

More in the following days and weeks ! !

Wonderful photographs! You have an artistic eye Marc. The elephant really caught my attention. I'd love to have it as a poster. You should be proud. This is a great collection.

I'm curious though. I only saw one photo of a person and it was a white guy???

Do you have any candids of the people of Botswana?

Marc!

Good to have you back - and all in one piece - they didn't feed you to the Jackals and sell your gear.

The pictures are fantastic. Can already hear Africa calling you back for a return trip.

What a lucky fellow! All the picts were great - I especially liked these 3:

Missed a great challenge!

Glad to see you back!

I can't decide which photo I like the most, maybe this of the 3 zebras... there is really a lot of great stuff here! I'm impatient to see more photos from this wonderful country!

BTW: Ready for the next challenge? :o)

I'm glad you got the opportunity to travel to Africa and made the most of it, photographically. I'm remembering the zebras, the three birds, the bird with purple/pinkish coloring at neck, the elephant's eye, a couple orange sunsets, and others. Good job. thanks.

...and welcome back.

When i saw your tittle I expected some nice pics, knowing you from challenges, but I didn't expect this amount of beauty. Zebras, three birds and ah, all are wonderful, except the elephant close up. You have highlights on it. :-)))))))))))
