I'm a total Noob when it comes to color management so please be patient with me.
I'm have problems with my Vista machine running Vista Home Premium 32 bit, it's dual core DellXPS700, 24in Dell Ultrasharp monitor.
I uploaded XRITE XR using the walkaround installation for my colormeter monitor profile software, all went well with the installation and it is working well.
I profiled the monitor, here's the problem the profile is supposed to activate on startup it does not, my monitor looks brite, contrasty and the gamma looks too high.
After I profiled it it looked fantastic, however after shutdown and restart it looks crappy again, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
