D-300 Setups

When I bought my D-200 a few years back I found a nice excel doc with setups for 4 different banks, i.e., A - Point & Shoot, B - Portrait, C - Landscape/Macro, D-Sports & Action. I just picked up a new D-300 and was wondering if anybody has seen any setup recommendations for the D-300 yet?

There was a good setup described yesterday for portraits ("Hey guys"?), with lots of comments from others. Plus there have been many posts for indoor sports, most of which seem to center around turning off everything "magic" and leaving that for post-processing (if necessary).
