ctrl+L = level right?

i search over google the told me to ctrl+m (curves)..

which one better? and how to set exactly +1 or -1 and -2 or +2 using them?

CS3,but you can do it in Adobe Lightroom,it is much easier,and also a great RAW converter.

this is best I could do in Photomatix,all other images looks like there is a lot of noise ,and looks really odd.I ll upload some
