Hi
I need a closeup lens for my fz50.

What is a good lens? I need to get real close on nonmoving objects.

Where can I find the lens.

Regards
Jonathan

I guess the objects are as small as coins. But I need very hight detail quality.

I could not find anything on that list. Is there a particular one I should look at?

The most popular & tested closeup lenses for the FZ cameras are (no particular order) Leica Elpro 2, Nikon 3T or 4T or 5T or 6T, Olympus B macro or Mcon 40, Raynox DCR 150 and DCR 250.

Your camera has 55mm threads so the Leica and Olympus would thread directly on. The Nikons would require a stepring 55to62 for the 5T or 6T, 55-52 for the 3T or 4T (Nikons are out of production but can be found on Ebay) The Raynox's have a clipon adapter that attach to the camera.

Do a search on this forum for closeup or Macro to see samples.
