LBA - now I feel like a true Pentaxian

Got my first screwmount lenses today - a Super-Takumar 55 f1.8 and a Super-Takumar 200 f4 - along with a Spotmatic, and some other sundry items, including a 28mm Kalimar lens (worth keeping?).

Funny, I have the same blossoms in my yard, as well as two small sedums in my garden. I had 3 sedums, but managed to kill one over the winter. Two of them popped back to life, so m thumb is just light green right now.

I guess I am a psuedo pentaxian, since I have not dived into screw mount lenses yet.

Funny, those are the same two Super-Takumars that I've had for my Spotmatic since the seventies. To keep using lenses with the feel of those is what got me looking at the istD (although ended up waiting for the Ds). Have added new lenses since but still enjoy going back to those first two.

Nice shots, your Dogwoods are ahead of the ones around here.
