Couple of 50mm f2 portraits

This is Andy. He is the son of some very good friends of ours and he is incredibly photogenic. These were all shot with the E1, 50mm f2, FL-50 bounced on an 18 foot ceiling with Joe Demb's Flip-it diffuser, RAW developed in Lightroom.

Hey JJ - very nicely done! - love the softer contrast you have used for these - suites them to a T. You have captured some great expressions, and the flash is totally unobtrusive.

With all this talk of primes, I've loaded the 50mm back in my walkaround kit. We'll see if i can translate that to taking off the 50-200 ;-)
