Does someone have the KatzEye screen for the DL?

If so, did you have any problem with the installation process, Auto Focus or Metering?

No issue, so far.

This reminds me... I haven't tried "spot" metering, yet. The matrix, and certer-weighted works fine.

I'll test spot-metering this evening.

Rosco,

On your DS's screen, do you have Optibright?

I didn't order the Optibright because I afraid that I may run into the issue.

The difference between the camera and the meter is at most -1/3 stop when the light is at 4 EV. When the light is at 10EV, the reading is the same between the meter and the camera.

The difference between camera's spot-meter and center-weight average on a cream wall is 0 stop at 4EV, and 10EV.

On my screen, the difference is, IMHO, insignificant.

I receive my screen this week, i installed it yesterday, made some scratches (I'm very sad!).

The screen work very well.

I found that, the auto focus of my *istDL sometimes it isn't 100% correct, does anyone had the same experience?

Sorry to hear that. All screens are very delicate. I used the special tweezers that came with my Pentax LL60 screen and had no troubles.
The screen work very well.

I have found that the AF is very reliable in the vast majority of shots. Occassionally it doesn't lock correctly (even using just the centre AF point) depending on subject matter and my own mistakes in aligning focus points etc.
