NP-400 battery cover

Does anyone have a source for the plastic covers for the NP-400 battery? Thanks.

I'm guessing they would be cheaper to buy with a battery, $9 with a cheapie Ebay battery (I think they come with a full panel), or $20 for an OEM battery (plus $5 shipping) which come with the end cover.

I wish they had them for 2CR5 batteries. I discovered that leaving them sitting on a metal desk (wrong side down, I assume) results in quite a dead battery.

I have 4 KM, 2 Maxell and 2 eBay specials, and all but the eBay jobs came with coverrs. It isn't worth buying another battery, becasue I would still be short a cover. If you and I ever run into each othger, I'll just quietly swipe a couple of yours while you aren't looking.

Nikon´s will fit the NP400. They are just the same shape and size, even the contacts are displayed differently.

I purchased a spare NP-400 battery sometimes ago, from a photoshop. It came with a plastic cover. Therefore, I assume it's only if you purchase it as new that it comes with this cover. Price have dramatically felt down for the last months.

Does anyone have a source for the plastic covers for the NP-400

Boots the Chemist in the UK sell cases for memory cards that are the perfect size for storing an NP400. I use them for my spares. They are well made strong fabric with a zip and cost about £2 each.
