Suggested Retail for Nikon 18-200 VR?

I am having trouble finding Nikon suggested Retail for the 18-200mm VR Lens. Anybody know what it is or a link to where it is shown.

Nikon's suggested retail is $699, but only a handfull of sellers are offering it for anywhere near this price. The dealers that are staying close to this price (B&H, Ritz, etc. $749) sell out as soon as they get one in stock. That is why you find them in stock at places selling them for $899 and up.
