I have a HP 970 and am generally satisfied. I have always purchased off the shelf ink cartridges due to concerns that the various commercial refill services may not provide ink with the longevity of the OEM HP ink. Does anyone have thoughts in this regard? It certainly would be more cost effective to send to a refiller...In general the longevity of the HP prints doesn't seem bad, but I've only had the printer for two years...

Thanks, Kirk [email protected]

I refill cartridges from my 932 myself with oddparts.com inks and am more than satisfied with color accuracy and longevity. Use pigmented black ink not dye ink for better looking photo printing. There are other good ink resellers around such as MIS. Learn to do it yourself.
