F10 in Southeast Asia

Really only one thing to say Oliver...Wow!! you got some very nice shots, how did you pp these?

Thank you for your kind comment. The only thing I did was USM in gimp. It is by no means perfect though because I used the same settings (radius 5, amount 1, threshold 0) for all the pictures. I didn't feel like taking the time to do all of them seperately. If I ever print them then that's a different story.

The F10 is certainly a very good camera. I got the chance to check out the F30 of a friend when I was in Singapore and I have to say that I do prefer the body of the F10, it's somehow easier to hold. Still, the F30 is clearly superior to the F10 because it produces sharper pictures straight out of the cam, the LCD is a lot better, (even) less noise, better macro, manual controls,...but for me that isn't enough to upgrade from the F10. I might buy an S6500 when it comes out because the only thing I really miss on the F10 is full manual control and especially wide angle.
