Yes ... I am using the Ridata 4GB 150x in my S3 IS with no problems. I purchased it from Newegg about 1 month ago. It also works in my Lexar card reader.

I chanced one for my iD MKII, (no joy there) so i hung on to it i vase it would work in the S3 which arrives in a couple of days.
