WhiBal jpeg plug in

After unzipping, does anyone know how to install the jpeg WhiBal plug-in to Photoshop Elements?

You should be able to run the installer and navigate to the PSE plug-ins folder. In the end, all that is needed is for the WhiBal.8bi file to be in one of the PSE plug-in folders.

So if you install and it does not show up, just search for whi*.8bi and then move that file to the Program Files/Adobe/Photoshop Elements/Plugins folder (my listing may not be exact but it should show you the way..

It is suppose to assist in getting proper WB for jpeg, not raw.

I cannot figure how to get thePlug-in to my PSE4. I have never worked plug-ins before. I wish that this was made simpler.

Not able to get the plug in into the Filter drop down menu in PSE4.

Can you supply a tutorial on how to get it there. I have the zipped file, but cannot get it into Filter drop down in PSE4.

I justed ordered one of the new WhiBal cards last week, and got no CD or plug-in with my kit! Is this something that is downloadable from their site?

To install the plug-in: Unzipp then dbl. clk. the icon which opens the install wizzard. Follow directions to the install directory page, hit browse button and select: Program files -- Adobe -- then your version of Elements -- click OK and continue with install. Works great!
