Hi,

I found the E20 for $1,419.99 on http://www.regencycamera.com - has anyone had any experience, or heard about this site/company?

Does it almost sound too good to be true? Other than making sure it has a complete US warrantee, what other info should I try to get from them?

Thanks in advance for your help.

I would be very wary of them. From what I've seen posted on other forums, people seem to always be warned to use Regency Camera for price matching only. I'm referring to "price matching" policies that some places like Sears, the Amex blue card, etc. have. They tend to be lower than anyone else, but don't seem to be too reputable. K.
P.S. If it sounds too good to be true, it usually is.

I wanted to order a E10 from them and I call them to confirm that it is neither refurbished or grey market unit. He denied that it is either. Then he went on to ask if I want 1 or 5 year warranty and the accessory pitch. It turned out the low price has no warranty (clearly a gray market model). He than give me a price of $1350 for a 1 year warranty instead of the $899 price on their web site. He also became very rude when I tried to clarify the terms.--- Vince
