1Ds vs. 5D?

How does the 1Ds compare to a 5D? I know they are both full frame and the 1Ds has more focus points. Both have the same FPS, but the 5D has more ISO settings.

The price for a used 1Ds seems similar to the new 5D.

In my mind it really get's down to size and build. I personally use the 5D and couldn't be happier but my previous experience was only with the 1D.
