Any 5D quality-control problems with autofocus?

I'm thinking of buying the 5D. How is the AF compared to that of the 20D? Has anyone had any AF problems at all?

I've had two copies of the 20D that had auto-focus problems. The first copy was seriously bad (consistently front-focused), so I returned it for another one that still had some AF problems. These problems occurred with all my lenses, but in particular the AF with my 70-200mm F4 was awful. I know the lens was in good shape because it worked perfectly with my 300D.

I have two 20Ds and a 5D. The 5D is much more accurate when in servo mode than my 20Ds... Also AF is much better in low light.
