jpegs on dvd player

I bought a new DVD player to show photos from my D-70 on my TV.

The new DVD player doesn't show the photos in the same order as they are on the CD-R disk. It's not a very good slideshow of our trips when the pics are'nt in the right order....
anybody know of a fix for my problem??

Your best bet would be to puchase a slide show producing programme, and then burn the show onto a DVD. I personally would recommend ProShow Gold. It's relatively inexpensive and a joy to use. Otherwise look at the properties of your DVD drive and see if you can have any control over the sequence of slides being shown.
