Nude Torso

Here is a picture done this week.

Please don't follow the link if you have a problem with nudity.

black paper background. single strobe from rear with shoot through umbrella. kind off on the side of the light to get it even across the torso. it measured out I think about f8 top to bottom. Used a gold reflector in front of model for light and color.

Used a meter reading towards camera, then shot a white towel to get custom wb and check exposure (thanks chuck). It exposed well at F8, but ended up doing a mixed bunch at F11. This one is at F11.

I like it. Strong detail with the water drops, great skin tone and color, at least on my monitor.

I like the shot. Nice idea and well done. I think it might look better without the strong hot spot on the breast. I also think a little more room above the breast and a tad more negative space on the right would improve the composition. Again, just my personal taste, overall a very nice shot.
