Although they look more scientific, Photozone scores are submitted by owners, so you need to take them with the same grain of salt you would the ratings at Fred Miranda or Photography Review. In the case of the Tamron, you are seeing the results of 5 owner submissions. Again, I am not attacking the lens - just trying to give full disclosure to the data.
