Many people did complain that the one click fix in the new PSP X gave more often undesirable results than the one in the previous versions. Corel has posted the old Fix on their server and it is very easy to install it as a bound script in the new version so that it needs again only one click.
Pretty useful for a quick fix when working on a lot of pictures.

Corel:

The One Step Photo Fix command that was included with PSP8/9 is a script that runs a series of adjustment effects. You can obtain the OneStepPhotoFix script for the previous version, for use in PSPX, from here. Save this script to your My PSP Files\Scripts - Restricted folder. By default, the My PSP Files folder is installed to your My Documents folder.

Thanks! I was also able to use the menu customize dialog box to make a menu item for it under the enhance photo toolbar.

Whoa, I used the one-step photo fix in PSP on a regular basis but gave it up completely when I started using version X. I had no idea there was a fix for the old version. Now I've got to go find it and download it. Thanks for resurecting this message - old as it may be.
