Motorola V3 Razr driver ??

Hello and hoping someone can point me to a downloadable driver that will permit my Dell PC to recognize my Motorola cell phone (V3 Razr)... I have some nice "snaps" on the cell phone and cannot figure out how to get them into the computer.... when I plug the phone into the PC, the PC knows it is a V3 but does not have the driver and the "disc" in the phone does not show up for Elements or anthing else....

I use the same phone with Motorola Phone Tools which gives access to the internal folders etc.
