Warning Cambridge Camera

I’m posting this as a warning to other unsuspecting photographers. I recently made purchase from Cambridge Camera (cambridgeworld.com). I made (couple of hundred $’s) the purchase in August and I still have not gotten it. Calling them only results in stonewalling. I have called no less than 15 or 20 times. Initially there was always an excuse… “computers are down, the appropriate individual is not in, etc” More recently they simply put me on hold and don’t come back. At this point I am writing this off to experience and will make the purchase elsewhere. I apologize in advance, but I will post this on multiple forums to get effective coverage.

Great to post here and let us know but I assume you put the amount in dispute with your credit card company...

You might want to post your experience on the resellerratings.com website. Also, you could use them to select your next vendor.

By the way, Cambridge has a horrible rating on that web site. They are at 0.7 out of 7.0, with 0 meaning poor and 7 meaning good.
