I'm a new digital camera owner (Nikon 775) and am testing oFoto.com with the 15 free 4x6 prints...

Question, is it best to resize an original 1600x1200 image to a 4"x6" size before uploading to ofoto.com....or is it best to upload the highest quality original image you have an let ofoto.com worry with getting to 4"x6". I know that ofoto.com has a "zoom and crop" se you can turn on or off...

Any opinions/advice/experiences would be greatly appreciated. I have 13 free images left to test with. I just uploaded a 1600x1200 image and the same one resized to 4x6 to help in comparison.

Thanks,
Clay

In the past (I now do my own printing—better results and 100% control over output) I changed the photo size to 1600 x 1067 prior to uploading to Ophoto for printing 4x6.

Hope this helps...

Thanks for the suggestion. I'm just getting started with DP and will probably move to my own printing at some point as well.

Thansks,
Clay
