Anybody having experience with X'S Drive?

Has anybody in the UK used this one; the price looks good for 30 GB

I am not entirely happy with it because the power button stands
proud of the casing and can be activated accidently, that is poor
design.
I found the battery life to be poor from new as it needed
recharging after uploading 512 megs.
It is less that 2 years old and now the battery will not hold a
charge.
I would not buy one of these again.

My family is heading on vacation and I plan on using two of these devices to backup all my photos. I will certainly be keeping the devices in different luggage. Although I don't plan on using the battery power option, the devices have an automatic shutdown when the power gets too low.

check out their web page for info.

I just bought mine for $80 from the below link (although I now see that it is $90 ... so, keep a look out). Get your hard drive from newegg.

I've been very happy with the speed at which it transfers. The only problem I have had relates to the batteries being too low to transfer the data.

FYI: Mydigital also has great prices on BP-511A batteries. I have one that works fine ... so far ;-).
