Caught this sitting around doing nothing but feeling good about itself. Soon after it flew away, as they usually do.

Cute bunny bird. How long do you think it would take it to fly from Sweden to Florida? I will put out some Swedish pancakes to try to lure it here. But then again, I probably would eat them as soon as I made them. Yum.

Never seen a jackalope, but these little buggers are quite common in Stockholm. We call them "flygande kaniner" (flying bunnies), which, incidentally, is precisely what they are.
home of the jackalope.

Thanks for the entertainment!

Such a rare find. You could become famous for catching a shot of this rare breed. ;-)

You go to your local gourmet store (if there is one) and get Lund's Swedish Pancake Mix. You probably won't find it. So here is a recipe which is good.

SWEDISH PANCAKES

3 Eggs
1/4 cup sugar
Pinch salt
1 cup milk
3/4 cup flour
3 tbs melted butter
Confectioner's sugar for dusting

1. Separate eggs. Beat yolks with sugar and salt.
2. Add milk and flour alternatively to form smooth batter.
3. Stir in melted butter.
4. Beat egg whites until stiff peaks.
5. Stiir egg whites into batter, easily.
6. Add some butter to non-stick skillet. When hot-
7. Scoop batter with tablespoon, put in pan.
8. Turn pancakes when brown.
9. Sprinkle with confectioner's sugar.

Hope they taste good!!

You forgot something important in your recipe, namely:

10. Take a picture of it before eating with FZ20 (FZ15, 10, 3, 2, 1 are also suitable) and post it here.
