Try Adorama. .19 per 4 x 6.

I'd like to use a lab in or around Michigan to keep shipping times to a minimum.

Know you already had some good suggestions just a couple more.

http://www.printroom.com Good site and offers many options other than 4X6.

Second is your local CVS or Target. They offer very good machine prints and at a very reasonable cost.

good luck.

Effective technology works.

I don't know what price you think is reasonable. I recommend a Pro Lab that has printer profile available for download. Dry Creek Photo has profiled a large number of print labs, and you can down load them. Philadelphia Photographics has the same profile avali on their site as dry creek.

Hi! I recommend dotphoto.com, having used them for the entire time I've been taking digital photos (3 years or so). I started with them because they are cheap - around 18 cents per 3.5 x 5 or 4x6, plus shipping which brings each print cost up to 23 or 24 cents per photo, if you are willing to buy in bulk, which I am (currently $99 for 550 photos). As far as printing without corrections, I have been unaware of them correcting anything, but you'll have to try them out yourself to be sure. They also have monthly plans of purchasing photos, as well as the option of purchasing one by one. I have a lot of albums online with them, and so far they haven't said it has gotten to be too much, which is good so far. I live in Ohio, they are in New Jersey, and things get here pretty quickly. My sister prefers shutterfly.com because they offer a slide show option for others to view one's photos. Both of these businesses will print whatever the photo name is on the back for free. I have also seen good reviews of ofoto.com.

now only charges .24 for 4x6.
I don't think that whcc does prints without correction. You are expected to submit your images in sRGB, which corresponds to no real world printer. A lot of people are happy with whcc's auto-correcting, but they do non-defeatable auto-correcting nevertheless.

Adorama has Dry Creek profiles and will turn off processing if you request it in the comments field of their ordering program. As is indicated in the Dry Creek instructions for Adorama

http://www.drycreekphoto.com/Frontier/Profiles/NewYork_frontier_profiles.htm and scroll to "New York City, Adorama"

However....I just checked and Adorama's photo department server is down now. So this information isn't too valuable until they get it fixed and up again. But keep checking, because Adorama is a true bargain. If you are interested in full color management support and attractive pricing. (I don't know of any other printing service where you can use "color management support" and "attractive prices" at the same time.)

http://www.adorama.com/ and click on the "Digital Prints" link. Server is down now. Drat.
