You must be using the wrong color temperature for the lighting you're trying to take the picture in. What type of lighting is in use where you're shooting, and what do you currently have WB set to?

Did you try custom white balance?

Also if you can, posting a photo so we can see the problem.

Thanks!

You're not using the right WB settings. 5500 is generally for outdoors or while using flash/strobes. I don't have my E10 with me, but see if you can set the white balance to a lower color temp.

Default will usually be -A- mode, which is automatic mode and generally does ok in most situations other than incandescent light, which I've found most cameras to trip up on. Here are the ranges:

3000 incandescent
3700 incandescent but a little warmer
4000 white flourescents
4500 mix of daylight and flourescents
5500 outdoors sunlight, fireworks, camera flash
6500 cloudy outdoors, or warmer flash
7500 outdoors in shadows
-0- custom mode, use a white card or gray card to set this on

To set any mode, hold down the WB button and scroll the wheel.

Good luck!
Dan
