New D70 owner. Question

To hear it, grab the camera normally as if you are ready to shoot a
picture, then turn it up and down (lens moving up, then down). You
should be able to hear it. If yes, what the heck is it?

Mine is solid, no rattles. Get it looked at and tell them you want
it on record that you noticed the rattle now (so there is no
warranty issues later)

Do me a favor please. Take out your CF card and battery. Listen
to the back where the display is at and move/shake the camera.
