The first reminds me the Hillerod Castle but not so sure.
For the other city, maybe Odense?

My guess for the second pic is the Hermitage (czar's winter palace) in St. Petersberg, Russia (if memory serves me right... it was way back in '98 that I was last there)...

The first pic is from the city of Kolding, Denmark.
The second one is from St Petersburg (a bit late, I know)...

Thanks to my fellow talented photog friend Fred for both answers. He is french, but got married with Miss Denmark last year, so...

Spot on. I was there last year, they had just restorated the whole city because of the 300 years anniversary. It was amazing.

Well you are on again for #3 (or Fred is).

Miss Denmark... what are the odds?

I was there when they had a state burial / ceremony for the czar in '98 (putting old skeletons to rest so to speak)... I actually have a photo of Yeltsin 'stumbling' out of his limo! (will have to dig it up from somewhere - film negatives everywhere!)

Here's a tough question... where in the world was this photo taken!?!

Hint... in the jungles of SE Asia (but what is the famous temple city?).

The picture is very very dark, but it looks like to me that it is in Thailand in the Ayutthaya Province (temple=Wat Chaiwatthanaram)

The first three were easy compare to this tough one...

It's been a long time ago for me, but there are many temples in SE Asia and the darkness is hiding a lot of specific details on the way how it is build.

I am not even sure about it, but... I would guess: Angkor Wat in Cambodia?

It is indeed Ankor Wat... the picture is very dark (sorry)... taken at about 5am with a reflection off the pond...

Another one for you diehard travellers...
I guess photographers should be travellers in their heart to go and
find their shots... ;-)
