Oh, your photos are really good. I can't believe they were shot at iso 1600, you must've used some s/w to reduce the noise.

Hey, any 15 year old can play scales, Satch just plays them faster. I don't think you should associate this with someone that spent years as Zappa's "stunt guitarist". ... not even the same ball park mate.
... but good so see a pic of them both making a living.

and just so you all know, Satriani once gave lessons to Vai, but I still prefer Vai's music.

Hi,
I had to use Neatimage only on Fripp's pic since it was underexposed. He was sitting in a dark corner whole night. The Vai-Satriani is only cropped and sharpened with C1.
I noticed that overexposed images are not noisy if I make them darker. I used my 300d upside down to win some 5 cm and able to make pics over the crowd's heads.

Yes it was difficult to get the camera in, but I have very innocent face...
