Beautiful picture, Urs. Very intriguing. Love the moss. Thanks, Jan

Just to be different....

Love the picture but hate the frame

I find the moss covered stone too dominating - all my eyes want to do is look at the stone :-( Mind you of that's what you were looking for..........

Again, generally, a beautiful scene.

Cheers,

Cosmo
Any comments ?

Hi uKuederli,

I do like the silver surface of the stones, I do like the fuzyness of the water in contrst with the sharpness of the moss on the stone.

But I also think the shutter speed could have been some what shorter, the water still in movement, but just in movement, not this kind of high grade of unsharpen by movement.

I do like to get this kind of remarks and won't agree with lots of them, but nevertheless these remarks make me thing again. And you may find my remarks of value zero or graet value, it's just about looking thinking and responding.

Well thanks for the compliment, but to be honest, its not so difficult, you should really try it yourself. The funny thing is, you, standing in the forerst at the riverside, looking for the best place, having a tripod, a large camera bag and the camera itself in your hands and all the people walking along looking to you as you are an alien... :-)

The foto is made on a tripod to make the long exosure possible.
