3rd party lenses

Thinking of getting a D70

Need advice as to how compatable is the D70 to 3rd party lenses eg Sigma, Tameron etc or do you have to stay with Nikon lenses

It should work well with 3rd part lenses.

I use a Sigma 105mm Macro on my D70 and it works like a charm

it will work fine with them all, i have nikon and sigma lenses

As long as you buy a sigma lens for a Nikon body you'll be ok. Now if you buy a sigma lens for a cannon body it won't work.
