This may be a silly question, but is the E-10 capabile of taking a black and white photo? If so, how? I haven't found any reference to this in the manual.
 
Not "in camera"... as with most Digital Cameras, you can use your favorite image editing software to convert the image to Gray Scale...

Even better than coverting to gray scale is to work in RGB channels. It will give you greater control over the contrast, and will help to keep an image from looking flat.

I like to copy the different color channels to individual layers in Photoshop to mix and mask.

Printing B&W is another issue entirely. There are some special inks and systems available for ink jet printers, but I haven't tried one myself.
